After Class Meeting:  30 minutes Familiarizing With Tools:  1 hour Total Hours: 1.5 hours PPJ1 We had our first meeting as a group after class. In it we decided on to have meetings twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. We also designated who would set up the website, the GitHub, and the ClickUp. I've never used these sites so other group members with more experience volunteered to handle them. Since that left me with not much to do, I took time to try and get up to speed with how to navigate each site and their features. Next Step:  Get a clearer idea of how we will handle the art direction and begin working on the art.
Website Setup: 1:30 minutes After Class Meeting: 30 minutes Total Hour: 2 hours PPJ 1 Things that went right:  For this week, we are officially divided into two groups to work on two independent game ideas. We ended up splitting the work among the six of us and decided to communicate with each other through Discord. Specifically, I and Tara took the role to set up the promotional website for our game using WordPress. We worked on it during the weekend and it came out pretty well. I would definitely make it look prettier if I have the premium version of the CMS but I'm not mad at how it's looking right now. We had a good chat on how to set up the website and ideas about the layout of the website. Everything went smoothly between our collaboration. Things that went wrong:  The only that I came across that I hope to fix in the future is how the team doesn't really respond to each other in the group chat. I mean we do talk to each other individually but people usually don't...
Meeting time: 30mins Set up and organize ClickUp : 30mins During Week 2 - Week 3, our team had our first meeting held right after class. We made sure everyone was on the same page with the project idea and then I volunteered for setting up ClickUp for the team since I had some experiences with ClickUp during my co-op time. Setting up ClickUp was not that difficult, although it was my first time setting up a brand new ClickUp workspace, but the direction was very clear. The only thing that got in my way was to find the invitation feature. It took me a while to find it because it was a very small swimlane on the right side. I would have to expand it twice to see the invite feature. I started off with a sprint template, after I deleted all the template cards. I added some task cards in it. For example, I created a card “submit person PPJ” and assigned all the teammates to this card. Currently, there aren’t many cards that I can input because this week it was mostly about setting up our ...

Total Hour: 1:30 After class meeting: 30 minutes Website set up: 1 hour PPJ 1 Things that went right : For this week we split up the work, some work on the one pager and some are work on setting up github and the project organization. Peng and I worked together to set up the website on wordpress. We decided to use the free version: www.lucidflightgame.wordpress.com is our domain and the website is now live. We got the website done during the weekend which in my opinion is very good and went very well. Communication between us two also was pretty good. Things that went wrong: While communication between the website team and dev team went very well this week, I got some sense that the team communication might be a challenge in the upcoming weeks. Will try to engage everyone in the team to talk more.  Next step: Start art discussion. Find a way for team member to communicate more.
