Set up and organize ClickUp : 30mins
During Week 2 - Week 3, our team had our first meeting held right after class. We made sure everyone was on the same page with the project idea and then I volunteered for setting up ClickUp for the team since I had some experiences with ClickUp during my co-op time. Setting up ClickUp was not that difficult, although it was my first time setting up a brand new ClickUp workspace, but the direction was very clear. The only thing that got in my way was to find the invitation feature. It took me a while to find it because it was a very small swimlane on the right side. I would have to expand it twice to see the invite feature. I started off with a sprint template, after I deleted all the template cards. I added some task cards in it. For example, I created a card “submit person PPJ” and assigned all the teammates to this card. Currently, there aren’t many cards that I can input because this week it was mostly about setting up our environment

I would have to expand it twice to see the invite feature. Also, I signed up with a Drexel email by accident because our team has decided to just use Gmail. I hope that doesn’t affect anything
I believe from week 3 - week 4 we will be able to start adding more legit cards to ClickUp.
